As sad as I am to give this review, I give this company 5 stars on the communication and respect regarding my pets after care. This has not been easy for myself nor my family. We had our dog for 15 years and still mourn him each day. He was our family and our best friend. We miss him each day, West Coast Pet Memorial Service took care of him and was respectful during the entire painful process through their communication and phone call. Thank you to their staff because this has not been easy.

We recently lost our dog, Benny, after rescuing him over 15 years ago. The veterinarian uses West Coast Pet Memorial Services and we could not be more pleased with their service. They sent us an email with the details and pictures of the urn that we had ordered at the vet office. This was very helpful, given the stress that we were under at the time. If I could give them NO STARS I would because they are not worthy of anything. Making the decision to put your beloved pet down is hard already and you want everything to remember them by besides them physically being there. I requested through my vet that I wanted a paw print taken. Due to their(westcoast) lack of attention to detail and carelessness in handling my Oso's remains, I paid and was promised a paw print and it was never taken and now I stare at an empty shadowbox where his paw print should have been.
