We recently lost our dog, Benny, after rescuing him over 15 years ago. The veterinarian uses West Coast Pet Memorial Services and we could not be more pleased with their service. They sent us an email with the details and pictures of the urn that we had ordered at the vet office. This was very helpful, given the stress that we were under at the time. If I could give them NO STARS I would because they are not worthy of anything. Making the decision to put your beloved pet down is hard already and you want everything to remember them by besides them physically being there. I requested through my vet that I wanted a paw print taken. Due to their(westcoast) lack of attention to detail and carelessness in handling my Oso's remains, I paid and was promised a paw print and it was never taken and now I stare at an empty shadowbox where his paw print should have been. Seth was helpful and empathetic. Sweet guy and won me over other places I called. I never cried this much for any human.
