Unqualified homecare staff borders on criminal. My vulnerable, disabled son had NO choice who was assigned to him. First staff had him sign off on hours she didn't work and tried to convince him to give/loan her money! Second one almost ruined his floors using wrong product though she was shown what to use. Altho she spoke no English, he was ok to continue with her bc she actually showed up, was a good cleaner & wasn’t asking him for $. The staff is always willing to help me every time I go into the office, and they are very helpful and kind.
