I am a patient at circle of hope I've been seeing Eric Neba for over 4 years now and I am comfortable with him and the staff and the way they treat me . When I call for refills on my medicine they are on top of it .they are very convenient by the way they do there appointments.good mental health establishment!!!

Dr Neba is a liar. He has been stating that I missed 2 phone appointments where HE is supposed to call me for the appointment. The first appointment I did miss Only because he didn't call me. The second one he says I missed yes he called me but while he was picking his kids up and then cut me off when I was asking about changing medication and told me that he had to quote "run the numbers" (whatever the hell that means) and he would get back to me and then hung up. The billing department is truly terrible and disorganized. But Dr. Neba is a godsend that really cares about helping people. He always goes above and beyond what is required to make sure things are copacetic
