Been a patient there for years, and it was great in the beginning, but now it's horrible. Never any staff present at the desk, harassed by staff over the phone, both my wife and I yelled at by staff over the phone because he was not understanding that I need a med refill. It's been days of back-and-forth talks of him yelling at me while I'm trying to get him to just tell the doctor to put in an order. I am a patient at circle of hope I've been seeing Eric Neba for over 4 years now and I am comfortable with him and the staff and the way they treat me . When I call for refills on my medicine they are on top of it .they are very convenient by the way they do there appointments.good mental health establishment!!!
