Dr Neba is a liar. He has been stating that I missed 2 phone appointments where HE is supposed to call me for the appointment. The first appointment I did miss Only because he didn't call me. The second one he says I missed yes he called me but while he was picking his kids up and then cut me off when I was asking about changing medication and told me that he had to quote "run the numbers" (whatever the hell that means) and he would get back to me and then hung up. The billing department is truly terrible and disorganized. But Dr. Neba is a godsend that really cares about helping people. He always goes above and beyond what is required to make sure things are copacetic
Great experience. Great Dr. and very professional. I don’t like going to the dr but he made me feel very comfortable. Would def come back again and recommend anyone else to come.
I was supposed to have an appointment at 3pm today for what I thought was an autism evaluation. I called two weeks prior and when i called they seemed hesitant on what autism was and transferred me to someone else, the next person i told i needed an autism evaluation and then he said call in a couple days to schedule cause our scheduling guy isn’t here. Therapy was supposed to be at 4 pm today. Now it's tomorrow at 4 pm because someone didn't send me my zoom link. If this starts to become a normal problem I will have to find a different provider.
