We encountered Circle of Hope NDIS support workers at Big 4 Gold Coast during our family holiday this week. Their stay ended with police attending and arresting individuals connected to this group. Just witnessed 50 of your group members with disabled kids causing quite a ruckus and disturbance had a big four caravan park on the Gold Coast to the point where police had to escort them out of the venue after their intolerable behaviour. These disgusting people should not be anywhere near disabled children let alone be licensed to do so your disgusting behaviour will not be tolerated in our country Ripping doors off buildings, dragging the disabled kids back to the van your efforts were disgusting and you should be ashame... read more

This business publicly posts TikToks of their support workers discussing clients experiencing bladder accidents in order to shame them. Completely unethical and deeply disrespectful.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Circle of Hope. My cousin always comes back happy and sharing his adventures especially during school holidays. I’ve personally came down to the centre to pick him up, all the staff members were so welcoming and friendly. I found that Circle of Hope is like one big family. I’d highly recommend people to Circle of... read more

I have been with Circle of Hope for over two years, they have done an amazing job with my son. All of my son’s necessaries have been taken care of. The director, Wasim, is always willing to assist us with any concerns or issues that we have raised. As for his carers, Abby and Zeinab, they do a spectacular job in taking care of my son everyday and ensuring he is happy, cared for and safe. We went on a holiday for two weeks which Adam was in respite with his carers where he was in top notch care. We were updated daily with pho... read more
