The worst place. Out of all the places I called to obtain therapy services for my child this one was the worst. 1st call I gave them all the information and they told me they would call me back. 2nd call 2weeks later they told me they did not have any update on the chart and didn’t know if they had therapist available or not. 3rd call- 3weeks from the original call there was still no update on the chart. Overall bad experience at every level, my child did not receive the services required, and nothing being done to remediate a bad situation. After posting this I read many other reviews and can agree completely with the other poor ratings. Not worth the precious time and money wasted without proper intervention.
Honestly would give this place zero stars. Waited a month after initial call for services, they lost my information. Waited four months after that and checked on waitlist, lost my info again AND told me I denied being on the waitlist! Excuse me, that’s a lie, why would I even be calling to check if I denied! Steer clear of them, they are unorganized and will waste your child’s precious time in getting services!
My child whom is autistic has been receiving OT through Circle of Care at her ABA center for a couple of months from her therapist Karla. After, having to deal with alot of disorganization from the company our therapist Karla is leaving. I got a call informing me Karla would be leaving but not to worry as they had a therapist ready to take over for the children she sees.
