When we started we had a therapist from our own insurance, and they told us we needed to stop otherwise they would not get paid. The therapists they provided were nowhere capable to address the issues we asked to be treated. When ultimately we decided to discontinue their services, they pushed back. They tried to push services we said we did not want. They would not give notes and summaries that we could use for other therapists. The CMO's and supervisors refused to answer basic questions as to how to transfer away from them... read more
Rude and disrespectful
We love working with and visiting this CMO. They truly care about the families they work with. They are great with our providers and super communicative. Paulina has been a great contact with us and makes our partnership seamless.
Superior service organization serving over 1000 clients with children with behavioral difficulties in Passaic County. To my knowledge, no other organization (especially during CoVid) has consistently delivered this type of service over the past 18 years!
