Please don’t waste your time on Circle Medical. Not only do they not take many insurances, they are the worst for overcharging and unethical practices. My provider on there , named Annabelle Torres discriminated against me and on the days of my appointment kept canceling the appointment . She finally came on for the third time we made an appointment and continued to tell me she refused to service. I hope they keep improving their communication channels and response time.
They created an appointment for me. My appointment time was at 9:30. I logged into the zoom at this time and the zoom said that my host was currently in a meeting. Well after over thirty minutes, zoom kicked me out. I went to chat with a representative immediately that asked if I took a screenshot for proof that I was waiting for the provider? SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! made my appointment and then kicked me out of the app so I could not log into my account to join the meeting. charged me $50 right at the meeting time when I was unable to join. tried from cell phone and laptop.
My doctor is good (reason for the extra star!), but all the rest, is not. Messy back office, long wait times to simple requests, agents with limited resources, pre authorization never works, app is far from user friendly, choosing subject when messaging with support is not an easy task and can be an infinity loop. Changed to Allara and all is great so far!
