The worst facility ever - based out of the regus office / the nurse is inadequate
I wish I could give Circle Medical zero stars. This company is misleading, dishonest, and only seems interested in taking your money. Buyer beware—do not trust their claims about offering convenient online care. I was searching for an online doctor to evaluate and treat ADHD. After a Google search, Circle Medical came up advertising quick, convenient, and entirely online services. FLOOR 4! Google says 1. Everything has been great for me so far, my provider has been amazing
I was also billed out of network when I know for sure that it’s in network. I’ve called many times and still haven’t gotten my refund. No one answers calls even after I’ve left a message.
