I wish I could give Circle Medical zero stars. This company is misleading, dishonest, and only seems interested in taking your money. Buyer beware—do not trust their claims about offering convenient online care. I was searching for an online doctor to evaluate and treat ADHD. After a Google search, Circle Medical came up advertising quick, convenient, and entirely online services. FLOOR 4! Google says 1. Everything has been great for me so far, my provider has been amazing
I was also billed out of network when I know for sure that it’s in network. I’ve called many times and still haven’t gotten my refund. No one answers calls even after I’ve left a message.
Circle Med rents office space here I’m assuming. The app worked maybe twice to check me in on in person visits. There’s no receptionist for Circle Med in their “offices.” The woman sitting at the front desk knew about the app not working and didn’t even ask for my name, but told me someone would be out to get me. I assumed she worked for circle med, but no. Apparently circle med is too cheap to hire office staff, or to provide a working app to check you in, which makes absolutely no sense to me for a medical provider. I also... read more
