We can't say enough about Circle Mechanical's workforce. From beginning to end, the most helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and hard working heating/cooling company EVER. First off, the techs were great. The phone person was very snarky with my daughter twice and then with me . If she would have listened. It would not have cost me an extra 229 dollars , plus my son coming from warren to fi n ish the job, i couldn't afford they extra 431 dollars on top of the 926 dollars for the original . My pump would not have gone bad if the tech have been sent when called. We were both at work, but my babysitter was going to go let them in.

Circle was the fourth in a list of furnace repair services that I called. Nobody could figure it out. Thank the Lord for Darius! He had it figured out in under an hour and Sherri in the office handled all the warranty nonsense. The whole process was stress-free, inexpensive and my furnace hasn't leaked a drop since they came! I couldn't be happier
