I had them come out to give me an estimate for a set of metal stairs coming out of the back of my business. They said they would get an estimate together for me after surveying the site but instead of providing me with an estimate they ignored my calls and emails. After a month I was finally able to get in touch and they just told me they weren't going to be able to do the work. If they can't do the work, that's fine but an email or phone call to let me know that would have been much more professional instead of ignoring me ... read more
