First of all I don't believe that the company is just bad, it's a few individuals that think they can treat carrier like unhumanize trash. So I recently did a three stopper for them broker Zachary Smith 3500 from VA to ME . Was able to make pick up then make first delivery then had truck issues in CT after first stop was delivered never took any advancement on load. Rude brokerage with ridiculous, unjustified charges. Zero professionalism, zero accountability. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in this industry. Avoid at all costs. Joseph Cain takes no accountability for the actions he does , rude and argue with no arguments

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Some guy just called to offer LTL service, I told him we just do not have any needs...he got really nasty. I have never even heard of Circle Logistics and he's telling me that someone here was stringing him along and that we have NO CONTROLL OVER OUR PEOPLE. Based on this one-and-only encounter with this outfit we will NEVER do business with them. Talk about having NO CONTROL OVER THEIR PEOPLE. Upset me badly.
