This is a Scam. We are out 33 k due to the sales person completely lying to us. We were told we would no longer have an electric bill and if so they would install panels free of charge until usage bill was 0. We were also told we would get a 26% rebate at the end of the year to, and I quote Use for what ever we wanted. This also was a lie. It's a federal tax credit. Good products...bills reduced BUT the sales experience was very misleading and borderline deceiving. Somehow I did not ask the right questions or was totally misled about the original loan we were setup with. Mine and my wife understood it to be a "deferred interest" loan which it ended up not being.....it actually is an interest 1st loan where the 1st 18 months of the loan payments are ALL interest. The salesman also made us believe that it was a totally "easy process" if and when we wanted to refinance the original loan in... read more
