Lemon Cars Crooked Dealers/Liars First of all the mechanics are awful and the owner John Looper is a crook. He comes off as a God fearing man but if you want a car dealership that sales you lemons and takes your money and keeps the cars then Circle L is the place and the customer service is awful. Got a car and the next day it broke down. He said by law buying an as is car makes him not responsible once you drive it off the lot. Even if it was on the street in front of the dealership. WE TRIED! We towed Mrs Kiecha T's car twice. Once from LR AR, (50 mi) and once from Hot Springs AR,(100 mi.) tried to fix it twice,offered to upgrade to a better car (she had purchased the cheapest car on the lot) and could not come to an agreement.we spent more than her down pmt trying to fix the car,and could not give her a refund.
