Heyyyyyy Friends! During a couples trip headed back from Denver to MN our tire began to bulge (split vote 2 thought we could make it 362 more miles on the bulge and 2 wanted to wait til morning and get it fixed)!! Next morning we tried 2 shops they didn’t have the tire size we needed, tried Circle K and JACKPOT correct size at the best price!! From the moment we walked in the door the staff and customers were so welcoming and they had us in and out within 30 minutes and back on the road!!! THANKS AND NICE MEETING YOU ALL!
Have had two instances of awful service here between my fiancé and I. Instance #1 - I was told my oil change appointment would be at a certain time and I left my vehicle before the lunch hour to come back near closing time when I got off work and could have a coworker bring me to town. The oil change was not done after my vehicle was there for ~5hrs. I was told that they wouldn’t have given me an appointment time and that they didn’t have enough staff show up for work to complete my oil change. Absolutely pathetic business m... read more
