This car wash is out of service on a regular basis. Bought the subscription and can’t use it 75% of the time here. The Dale Mabry / Euclid location is the closest store that has a car wash that's functional most of the time.
Supposed to be a 24-hour store but 1:00 a.m. which is when I needed it It was closed. Asked why and was disrespectfully and inpolitely told I don't need to know why. Your employees need a serious attitude adjustment and a little education in manners. I will find out who the employee is since they didn't have a name tag and have his little ass fired.
Paid $11 for basic to clean bird poop off my windshield. Did not work lol
