This car wash is literally a hit or miss. Sometimes does a great job, sometimes terrible. Tried to voice my concern with one of the associates (Rofil) for a re-wash code I could use at a later date because I was running late and they forced me to use it right away while there was a car ahead. Lack of respect for people’s time. Your car wash isn’t functioning properly and I have to inconvenience MYSELF? Get real. regularly buy these $50 coupon packets, thinking it’s time to stop.

Beyond Slow! Don't use this car wash if you need to be somewhere any time soon.
So, every time I have to wait more than 1 hour, and apparently this is considered absolutely normal here. There are no issues with this car wash itself - the car is clean, looks good, and dries well. However, I have a serious question regarding the system. You are a company, yet you have only one operating car wash in the entire area, for the whole Scarborough district. Why?
