I just went to the car wash, and the associate at the Circle K counter had a very unprofessional attitude. He refused to let me redeem my car wash voucher and kept insisting that I buy something from the store instead. The service was extremely disappointing.
This car wash is literally a hit or miss. Sometimes does a great job, sometimes terrible. Tried to voice my concern with one of the associates (Rofil) for a re-wash code I could use at a later date because I was running late and they forced me to use it right away while there was a car ahead. Lack of respect for people’s time. Your car wash isn’t functioning properly and I have to inconvenience MYSELF? Get real. regularly buy these $50 coupon packets, thinking it’s time to stop.
