I am m writing to express my frustration with the frequent downtime of the car wash at your location. Most of the time, it’s out of order, and there’s no signage or cone to inform customers that it isn't working. As a result, I’ve paid a high subscription fee expecting reliable service, but unfortunately, I often leave without a wash. I hope you take action to either repair the equipment or provide clear customer warnings when it's unavailable.

They want customers, but they don’t seem willing to put in the effort. The snow in front of the car wash was not cleaned, which made access difficult and unsafe.

I used to wash my car at Circle K, located at the intersection of James Snow Parkway and Main Street in Milton. I used this car wash multiple times, but there was literally no soap, no wax—nothing—just water. I faced this issue repeatedly and informed the convenience store attendant about it. However, he treated me like a liar and claimed I was making it up. I have video evidence proving that no soap was dispensed on my car. This issue has occurred multiple times, not just once. Horrible experience, there was this one Indian kid working in Circle K on James Snow and Main Street Milton. He was absolutely rude, when I informed him about the car not being washed properly, he said that I had come in the morning as well for a credit and I was being cheap by coming multiple times for a free car wash. I was not there earlier, and have never complained or asked for anything free after washing my car there for more than a year.
