I am m writing to express my frustration with the frequent downtime of the car wash at your location. Most of the time, it’s out of order, and there’s no signage or cone to inform customers that it isn't working. As a result, I’ve paid a high subscription fee expecting reliable service, but unfortunately, I often leave without a wash. I hope you take action to either repair the equipment or provide clear customer warnings when it's unavailable.

They want customers, but they don’t seem willing to put in the effort. The snow in front of the car wash was not cleaned, which made access difficult and unsafe.

I used to wash my car at Circle K, located at the intersection of James Snow Parkway and Main Street in Milton. I used this car wash multiple times, but there was literally no soap, no wax—nothing—just water. I faced this issue repeatedly and informed the convenience store attendant about it. However, he treated me like a liar and claimed I was making it up. I have video evidence proving that no soap was dispensed on my car. This issue has occurred multiple times, not just once.
