Purchased the Ultimate Car Wash and the top spinning brush cracked my front windshield immediately as it started. It likely threw a sharp object, with force, causing the windshield crack. Gas station staff sent the incident report to Circle K head office who opened an investigation. Circle K reviewed the video/evidence and despite the video showing the damage was caused during the car wash, they denied to cover the repair cost. Worst car wash I have ever used. Car still dirty. Avoid this one!
I like coming to this location ‘cause it’s got a soda fountain for the Polar Pop drinks. It’s so rare to find an Esso location that has the drink machines. Sometimes they run out of Diet Coke though. The staff are really nice too.
