I had a very disappointing experience. The car wash code provided through the app did not work. When I went inside to ask for help, the employee was not willing to assist or provide a solution. Since the code had already been used, I could not use it at another location. I expected to receive a replacement code or voucher so I could still receive the service I had paid for. The level of customer service was unacceptable and very frustrating.

I went to get gas, inserted my card and selected 20$ regular. Took out the nozzle and filled up my car. Got to 20$ on the meter, and my purchase was done. Only for me to get home, I checked my bank statement only to discover I was debited $36.94. Unfortunately, I didn't print out a receipt. In what world does a $20 gas purchase turn into a $36.94 expense?

Water sits around the exit door and will drip dirty water all over your car as you exit from the dryer. Come at night and early mornings and you’ll see the homeless man living inside the car wash. Employees are aware and don’t do anything about it.
