Circle K 'my carwash' application didn't provide the code even though I have the monthly subscription. When I asked for help I had the worst conversation that I can possible imagine, the guy told me that he doesn't know about any application and don't care about my problems: 'Put the code or leave the line' ... Is this the new standard of service for Circle K ... Because is really low and unacceptable. I had to pay with credit card to wash, yes, I payed for the monthly subscription in vain. I will never return to this place

You get to have the wonderful experience of waiting in line for 20 minutes just to see on the screen a handwritten note that reads mobile codes not working, and to call the car wash 1-888 support number. Would be great to know it doesn't work before even joining the carwash line. That support line never takes calls at any time of day. Pressing help to get the attendant just to let you through to exit doesn't work either, as the attendant will just pretend not to hear you.
