I recently purchased a car wash subscription through their online app. However, when I went for the car wash, my car wasn’t cleaned properly — there was still visible dirt all over it. I went into the store to speak with someone, but the cashier was unhelpful and simply told me to contact customer support. I don’t understand why I should waste my time standing there just to be directed to online support, especially when the issue occurred on-site. The whole experience was very disappointing.
Watery soap, thin foam and doesn't clean your car properly. Save your money and go to another place
Doesnt even deserve a star. Its always closed. Not worth the money and customer service sucks!!!! I waited for a week for customer service.
