This Circle-K manager is the worst of the worst. I observed her in a heated conversation with a customer. The gentleman was there to inform her that he was charged $19 for lottery tickets and that the charges were $16. Although the gentleman told her to deescalate several times, she was relentlessly a defiant and provided no solutions much less to apologize. Please provide her remedial training

Stopped by the fine establishment of the Circle K St John’s Florida right off the highway exit today to grab gas and pickup some snacks and use the facilities. Kathy M was personable and helpful on checkout. Lots of options to choose from and the walk in cold fridge was chilly and well stocked. There were plenty of pumps and the parking lot has recently been paved to be smooth and nice. The clean convenient store was well organized with grab and go options for hot and cold food. Good customer service with Jason. As always, circle K is great. This had everything. In and out, just like it should be
