I took my car in for what I thought would be the ultimate wash and detail, and it came out looking like it had been attacked by an angle grinder. There are visible scratches and deep rotary marks literally everywhere—every single edge, panel corner, tail light, you name it. The marks are so obvious under any light that it’s embarrassing to drive now. The paint on the hood, roof edge, and trunk is covered in scratched. Works from 7am to 9pm if not broken. It is closed most the time. It either broken or too cold to operate(according to gas station operator)
