The woman who operates the register on February 3, 2026, around 7:40pm, demonstrates poor customer service and complete lack of manners. Her disregard for speaking or responding to questions is unacceptable; she clearly should not be in a role involving customer interaction. In contrast, the other employee was courteous, well-mannered, and provided excellent customer service. Avoid the female with face piercings, as dealing with her will likely cause unnecessary frustration.
Car wash somewhat cleans just not the best. Under carriage wash most of the time doesn't work which sucks when that's part of your wash plan. Bug guts that are on the bumper seem to always be left and they were not left on there for more than a day or two. The brushes don't seem to hit the windows on the side very well either like other washes with the spinning brushes like it doesn't get close enough.
