Do not use the Esso app at this location. I was charged twice—once for my own car and once for someone else’s. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to get my money back. The car wash quality is terrible; it completely missed the underside of my vehicle. When I complained to the Circle K staff, the employee gave a ridiculous response, telling me to call Esso directly for their malfunctioning equipment. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Unprofessional staff.

Don’t waste your time with this location. Carwash is always closed for “maintenance.” Has nothing to do with weather. Nice days, above freezing, same story. Seems like they are too cheap to keep it open.

I’d give a 0. Don’t waste your time or money. There’s a 90% chance they’re closed due to“technical problems” or “extreme temperatures.” Today I went there. It was 1°C, no snow, and sunny, and they still weren’t open. The other 10% of the time, they’re open, but the lineup is almost always 40+ minutes every. single. time.

The one time that it was open, I waited 30min in line and still wasn’t at the front so I had to give up because I had an appointment to get to. It is unfortunate that I cannot seem to use my pre purchased car wash coupons as I can’t even get to use the car ... read more
