Awful service. The machine didn't work for starters and when I asked the staff if could quickly run into the store to pay first and run back to my car (I was in front next to wash) they said no I have to come inside to pay first. I said I know, I'll run in quickly to pay first and they said no. I went inside and then instructed me to pay first, I said that is literally what I asked when I called as the machine wasn't working to accept my payment

This is by far the worst car wash in all of Ottawa. The Innes location has been out of service for more than three weeks. I come almost every evening hoping to wash my car, and it is always closed or broken. I signed up for the monthly subscription, and this entire month has basically been wasted because the car wash is never operational. No updates, no clear communication, nothing. I strongly advise people not to subscribe to this car wash. Save your money and go elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
