Natalie is very rude and unprofessional. If you are an assistant manager, you should at least pretend to not hate your job. She acts like every customer is a huge inconvenience to her life; she wouldn't even let me type in my phone number for inner circle. Bad judgement leaving someone like that front and center at the register. How does she still have a job with that attitude?
