Every time you pay with an employee at the register instead of the self check out they never want to apply the circle rewards discount. It’s always the same excuse of the register isn’t giving the discount but the employees go out of their way to avoid giving the discount. The fountain drink area extremely dirty and the sodas in the machine are flat.

THE WORST Customer service. You're a cashier at a convenience store, no need to have an ego or argue with customers. Also, laying to the customer saying you don't know the store manager's contact information is very unprofessional. I used to like Circle K, now I'll go somewhere else.

They closed the register to force a customer to self checkout. The cashier gave attitude like I was inconveniencing her while she sat on her behind. I do not self checkout in convenience stores at their prices. If they refuse to check me out i will just grab my stuff and walk out.
