I stopped at the Kirk truck wash, and honestly the experience was very disappointing. The equipment was making loud squeaking and grinding noises the entire time, to the point where it felt unsafe. During the wash, the machine ripped off the upper rubber sealing trim from my truck. I have used many truck washes before and this has never happened anywhere else. This clearly shows that the equipment is not being properly maintained. Damage like this should not happen during a normal wash.

Beware of a potential for damage to your vehicle. Earlier this year, I went thru the car wash in a month old 125k dollar car to wash off salt and road grime/grit. I paid, drove into the car wash, and when the wash started, there was no water being sprayed, so the grit and grime were basically sanding the finish of my vehicle. I honked and tried to move my car back, hoping to stop the wash, but no luck. During the rinse cycle, there was water, but by then, the finish of the brand new car was scratched.
