Mind blowing lack of ability to provide customer service. Somehow 5 employees are just standing around joking, obviously too busy to greet me when I walk up to the counter. You know what I love? When I have to ask the cashier how their day is going because they are not communicating, and my favorite part is when they just look at me like an idiot after I try to talk to them.
