I bought a monthly car wash pass, but the app had problems twice in the first week. Now in the second week, the car wash has been under maintenance for 5–6 days already. I can’t use the service. This is very disappointing for a paid monthly plan.
No foam comes up and wont even refund even after showing the video and they ask to come and meet manager at specific time. Such irresponsible
Definitely some user error on my part for misunderstanding “Touch Free” (didn’t realize that meant the spinning cloth things wouldn’t be involved) but regardless: I just spent $20 and my car is pretty much as dirty as it was when it went in. I could’ve got the same results with a garden hose.
I have never ever see car wash working at this location. Visited 4-5 times and its Always broken
Car wash messed up my car plates, no soap, overall bad experience.
