POOR customer service!!! MANAGEMENT - train your staff on how to handle the car wash & car wash refunds!!! Took about 25 minutes!!!!! to handle getting a refund on the car wash. (This was at 12:30am, so the store was completely dead. Just me & the cashier when I walked in). I noticed a strange metal sheet sitting in the bottom of the car wash, after I paid. Trying to buy hashbrown. In order to buy it you have to set it down on their automated scanners. So that the food ends up touching the surface. Asked casheir to scan it and their response was just put it down on the scanner. Hashbrown ends up being rock hard and waste of money.
