UPDATE: Customer Care Team reached out and since I don't have an account with them, even when I share my credit card receipt, they refuse to issue a refund. If I could give negative stars I would. Tried to quickly stop for a car wash, except the machine froze while I was in it so car never got washed. Took almost 30 minutes to get a refund, and the staff member wouldn't give me the full amount I was charged.
