POOR job of pouring concrete! Floor is uneven and sidewalk won't drain away from building. Pad outside of the garage doors holds water and doesn't drain as it should. Posts were to be on 8' centers, and one was at 9'. Said his snap line broke. Made me supply the lumber to fix it. That is a simple tape measure issue. Missed purlins in roof with screws and had water inside due to poor work. Porch was to be 9' high. They set it at 8' and got all sorts of pissed when I told them to fix it.
