Sierra is always very nice, inviting, welcoming, I'm here a few times a week. She gets to know you and makes to sure to greet you when you come in.

Terrible customer service. Tried to exchange a leaky propane tank and the manager told me and they "don't accept leaky tanks". Wouldn't refund me either.
