The customer service sucks!! They could have told me i can't use my credit card for lottery! He demands me to get cash and come back! Living many miles away!!!! Very rude and unprofessional!! He should pay me for gas!! Told me gas station can't spend that kind of money!! Very rude!! Had to get my son to bring my debit card! I never had a problem at any gas stations before in my life!!
I treated my son to a drink and snack after his Wednesday karate class; he is 7 years old. Walked in without an issue, selected what we wanted and headed to the check out. Everything was fine up until the point my son bolted from my side and right beside the cashier checking us out. Before I had a chance to do anything, let alone apologize, the suspected manager, he was in a black polo shirt, started hollering at me and my son. Absolutely love the store. Braden Eric, Aaron, Sarah. You guys all rock. I’m literally in here once in the morning before work and once at night when I’m done with work and maybe one more time before I go to bed to get my polar pop .I consider them my second family. Every time I come in here I get greeted. The food is always fresh and hot. Very very clean store. If I am on the east side or west side I will literally drive to the east DP store.
