It’s like 2 months that they couldn’t fix their oven so they don’t have cookies most of the trashes are full beginning in the morning 6-7 am
Three issues - the overall and main concern being the "Manager" Sohale refused to write her down for me after she was unprofessional addressing my concerns as a customer. For a manager, she is emotional and irrational. My main concern for her was the fact that I entered my phone number and the price didnt match or accommodate my loyalty number and member level. On April 3rd between 10:10 & 10:16 p.m. After work my husband went into the location to go by purchase some cigarettes. After he put is card into the machine and entered his pin. He looked at the cashier and asked " Are we good"? Meaning is the sale good because alot of the times the machines says "waiting on cashier: The employee the looked at my husband with a stern face and said " I don't know? Are we good?" Have called once a month for years to get gas price on phone before I go. Literally called right now at 4:30PM PST and a lady answered. She refused to tell me the price and worse was rude about it. She literally hung up while I was still talking. When I call in the evenings, I get a very nice man who always tells me price and I drive over simply because he is nice. I literally drive across town from by John Wayne Airport and pass tons of gas station to go there and Target. You lost a loyal customer for being rude.
I recently took my Tesla through the standard car wash ( $ 13)at this Circle K 3765, and shortly afterward I noticed a damaged, oxidized layer on my window trims. It looks like the wash used a harsh chemical or soap with an incorrect pH that caused this reaction. I went back to the store four different times to speak with the manager about the issue, but she was never available. I also left a message , but I never received any response.
