Circle K was having a 40c off/gallon deal today 8/21. After entering my phone number at the pump, it didn't roll back the price, despite being an Inner Circle member for years now. I went inside, and after waiting a few mins to be assisted, the lady standing behind the counter couldn't help me. As I had already been there for like 15 mins at this point, I just went ahead and paid full price cause I needed gas and wanted to get home. Very pleasant and professional cashier,l named America not sure if she was the manager but she acted like one. She managed the smart checkout, regular guest line and the kitchen all at once with ease. Store#7626 has excellent customer skills at work!
Only offered self checkout. Some how an other item scanned in and charged me for it. I told the cashier and she started flipping out at me . Tells me to do not just smash buttons and look at the screen before I pay for it. First and foremost. It’s not my job to check myself out at a circle k store. Especially when the person that actually should be doing that job is back there doing nothing.
