This store used to provide excellent service; however, it has recently employed several individuals who not only ignore customers but also exhibit unprofessional language. My wife visited the store to purchase some items and argued with the staff before they finally fulfilled her request. When I visited today, one of the employees advised me to "learn to speak English," despite his assumptions being incorrect and his failure to listen to my request while he was on his cell phone. As others have said in the comments, the employees here are so rude that I am surprised this place is allowed to stay open for a legitimate business! This is the Webster dictionary definition of unprofessional customer service at this location, I hate to categorize them all in the same group because it's not all of them but it is the vast majority. I recommend circle k having training with every employee on how to be respectful to a customer.
Nothing beats a gas station junk stop! Super clean, well-lit, great place to stop.
