I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the manager, Mrs. Koko, at this Circle K location. Her attitude and behavior were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of assisting customers or resolving concerns respectfully, she acted in a condescending and disrespectful manner that reflects very poorly on the company. I went in to get some ice (just ice, not even a cup) and one of condiments at the self serve stations, a worker came up to me and told me "you can't just come up in here and take our ice and condiments, that's not how that works". I wound up buying a bag of chips to appease her, but I certainly was not aware of this policy, literally every other Circle K I've been to has never had an issue with me getting ice. Very odd.
Not the convenience store that it used to be. First of all they dropped Shell fuel which they have always sold at a fair price. Circle K now sells a second tier fuel at a high price. On top of paying a premium for no name fuel the pump was dirty and extremely slow. There was no receipt paper which is there as a service to the customer. Just a poor experience.
Worst gas station I've ever been to in my entire life. They wanted to charge me for water, and denied my sell for cigarettes regardless of my legal ID. The people that run this place need to reevaluate their disposition and change their mindset. I've never in my entire life been to a worse establishment
KoKo is very rude to people and I don’t understand how she still has a job there ….
