They are the best!
Guess they were busy...service availability was 3 days out I was told. I had raw sewage backing up in showers toilets etc....needed help...had to look else where for help
Great service!!! I had a problem with my pump, I called out another company and with out trouble shooting the problem, the guy "owner of the company" said you need a new pump! And gave me a price of $550.00 for the pump and $225.00 to install it, I didn't go for it I knew it wasn't the pump. So I called J-5 they came out the same day, the tech opened the tank looked in it and began to listen for something? He said " you have a short in the wires that is under water!!"
