Kawai is awesome! My car wouldn't start and I gave him a call. He immediately came over, determined I needed a new battery, ordered it, and brought it back to my place. Whole thing was done in less than 3 hours and I was back on the road. He's really friendly and responsive and explains everything clearly. I'm definitely hitting him up anytime I have any car issues. Kawai is a god send. Super friendly, goes truly above and beyond and great at his craft. He spent extra hours working on our car while it goes making some of the worst squealing noise, diagnosed it and went straight to work on our 2006 mini cooper.
