Took my elderly mom to have immediate care. Very quick acceptance into care and very nice and professional medical team. Great job! My mom was very happy to have them and not have to go the the emergency. I highly recommend CH in Westford.

This morning, I used your facility for the1st time to have lower back X-rays. Upon approaching the check-in desk, I was warmly greeted by a young woman named Julia. What a breath of fresh air!! She totally understands 5-Star Service. After a short wait, I was called forward by a young man named Dan, who actually performed my x-rays as my primary care doctor requested. Opens at 7am, waited 15 mins at the front desk until 7:30, called multiple times, no answer, no one at the desk. Thanks for nothing!

Excellent medical care when needed. The staff works hard and the Nurse Practitioners and Physicians are top notch. I have gone here for various issues, from broken bones to severe upper respiratory illness, and always been treated kindly and with respect. Our neighborhood is lucky to have this urgent care facility.
