This place is good but there’s Np Kim Costa and she is absolutely useless. I’ve had her 2x and she doesn’t know anymore about healthcare than my dog. I had a wound riddled with infection and she didn’t feel comfortable giving me antibiotics
Was completely and utterly horrified to be there And will not be going back. I thought it might’ve twisted my knee or sprained it in someway and just wanted to get it checked. I am incredibly overweight and I totally understand and I’m working with my doctor to get the weight off. Dr. Dennis was so incredibly rude and quite frankly hateful. They need to hire more people ,, an hour wait for a blood test is ridiculous
Fire your front of house staff. Rude, self righteous jerks - different people two days in a row. This is a systemic failure to have same rude attitudes two days in a row, fire the entire front of house. Sweet and tender care once inside.
I just arrived and the girl with long brown hair is rude. She should stay off her cell phone while at work. Her tone when speaking with someone should be respectful.
