I’ve had experience with both the Westford and Chelmsford locations (though not Dracut), and I have to say there is a noticeable difference in the overall care and customer service. The Westford team consistently provides a warm, welcoming experience. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Meredith at the front desk in Westford—she is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Had a mostly good first visit, though the nurse blamed us chatting on her barging in on me while I was changing to tell me she forgot to have me do a pee test. So I had to get dressed again and go pee. The NP then also almost barged in on me while I was changing again. My appointment went fine. Then the next day I get a MyChart notification that test results are available. I never asked for tests, was never informed of tests being performed other than a pregnancy pee test, and I did not consent to further tests. Messaged the... read more

I've dealt with nothing but problems with this office. Miscommunication, misrepresentation, and rude staff. "Policy over patient health". Now they're charging me $25 dollars to transfer my records because they outsourced that service to a 3rd party - I've worked healthcare most of my adult life and that is a ridiculous thing to have outsourced, unless they're so terrible that it's such a common occurrence. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
