my wife was genuinely concerned about decreased fetal movement and called the on call doctor and dr domingo showed no compassion simply told her to go to the hospital and hung up on us. it was very rude.
The nurses, NPs, and Drs are generally all fine or exceptional. A receptionist or two has been frustrating at times but generally also just fine/fine enough. But the pivot to using ShareCare for filing disability claims is such a scam - patients should know up front that sending any FMLA or disability forms related to pregnancy cost $25/form. $25. Per. I am not sure why everyone is complaining. No issues at this place. I went to Chelmsford and Dracut locations and everyone was very nice and understanding. The nurses are great - Kate, Alivia, Joan - thank you for your patience and kindness. Dr. Fortune who performed my surgery -thank you so much! Dr. D'Orsi is great! No one has ever been rude or disrespectful.
