I am not sure why everyone is complaining. No issues at this place. I went to Chelmsford and Dracut locations and everyone was very nice and understanding. The nurses are great - Kate, Alivia, Joan - thank you for your patience and kindness. Dr. Fortune who performed my surgery -thank you so much! Dr. D'Orsi is great! No one has ever been rude or disrespectful.
