I am not sure why everyone is complaining. No issues at this place. I went to Chelmsford and Dracut locations and everyone was very nice and understanding. The nurses are great - Kate, Alivia, Joan - thank you for your patience and kindness. Dr. Fortune who performed my surgery -thank you so much! Dr. D'Orsi is great! No one has ever been rude or disrespectful.

Called on Thursday to make appointment, receptionist told me I had to speak with nurse first. She asked me to hold on which I did then phone disconnect. I called back at 4:55, it went to answering service. No call back. Next day I call and tell receptionist again I’m trying to make appointment and what happened the day before. She stayed “ I don’t know I just work here.She took my information and said the nurse will call you back. No call back. Maybe it’s time for new staff
