I spoke to a lovely lady at reception by the name of MELISSA. She was so kind, understanding and did everything she could to help my elderly mum with her appointment. She definitely is an asset to this practice and has such a warm approach to patients.
The receptionist was lovely, but gave me a number to book with one of the nephrologists, obviously I called it immediately, and was greeted by a staff member who shouldn’t be in her role. I was immediately told she was in bed with swear words and I need to call back ‘more swear words’ during business hours. Still looking for a good Nephrologist. Associate Professor Craig Nelson, the person answering your phone calls is horrible!
Caring and thorough doctor.
Doctor I've seen is very caring ,I never feel rushed. Surgery has a pleasant atmosphere, receptionists are very friendly.
