Amazing ladies they really help a lot
Misleading service. Their website says they help, but they refused to assist me because of my personal savings. They also asked for detailed financial information, which is inappropriate and raises confidentiality concerns. Don’t waste your time or share your private financial details with them.
I have contacted them more than once, as I was advised to do so by Consumer Protection (another handballing agency). After waiting a week and a half for contact, they told me that the tenancy rights I have are UNENFORCEABLE unless I go to court-which is not an option in the short term. One of my friends has been dealing with a a tenancy issue. First they got the information wrong Then they wouldn’t help with each step as a tenancy issue escalated. Yet they’re the ones that work with clients within the court system on particular days People need assistance or guidance yet but there is none for them.
