I have contacted them more than once, as I was advised to do so by Consumer Protection (another handballing agency). After waiting a week and a half for contact, they told me that the tenancy rights I have are UNENFORCEABLE unless I go to court-which is not an option in the short term. One of my friends has been dealing with a a tenancy issue. First they got the information wrong Then they wouldn’t help with each step as a tenancy issue escalated. Yet they’re the ones that work with clients within the court system on particular days People need assistance or guidance yet but there is none for them.
