I have never dealt with a contractor or a company this unprofessional. The owner, Don, came out to give us a quote and saw that the room had laminate flooring. He told us that it needed to be removed before they could install the carpet so we ripped it out. On the installation day, the installer was rude from the second I opened the door. Pricing is very fair for a quality product. There is no gouging on installation costs or sub-flooring/ padding if required. ZERO pressure to buy. Large selection to choose from and all of it is high grade products. Family owned business- Don and his staff are easy to converse with and the store has a friendly atmosphere. After they installed our floor we are now having them do carpeting for us.

Mary was very helpful to me by answering all of my questions. Derek was the installer. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is professional, detail oriented, a perfectionist and was mindful of my property while working with his tools. He takes pride in his work. I was amazed at his speed without compromising quality. Lastly, he has integrity. I have had many contractors over the years and he surpassed them all. I highly recommend him.
