The owners don't talk to tenants they only talk to office they don't want to find out what is really wrong with everything Driveway and sidewalks are in bad shape Buildings are in bad shape
Don't drive by if you can help it. Never stop to visit. NEVER even consider living at Conifer Apartments.
During the winter months, the driveway and sidewalks are kept cleared and salted . The maintenance is very kind and helpful in getting done tasks that need addressing in my apartment and on the grounds, and office personnel are very kind and listen to all concerns I'm very thankful and appreciate living in this complex for 14 years .
Very good, well done nice looking parking lots and buildings. Even the cars parked there were all well maintained no eye sores plus personal entries all looked orderly as well. No crazy smells or anything.
